Each and every one of us serves customers, whether we realize it or not. This workshop is perfect for those in retail, hospitality, banking, restaurant, and catering industries. Great program as a refresher for employees that may have forgotten the importance of excellent customer service. A must for any new employee!
The Customer Service workshop will look at all types of clients and how we can serve them better and improve ourselves in the process.
We will be starting immediately at 11:45 pm and ending the meeting no later than 1:30 pm. It will be fast paced and entertaining and the time will fly by! Your employees will thank you for having them attend.
