Office Services Specialist
We are looking for an individual who is detail oriented and is ready to make a positive difference in the daily lives of our staff, families, and clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and computer skills, can multi-task, and perform daily office tasks. This position may work as a caregiver as needed and/or for additional hours.
Office Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday - 9:00am to 4:00pm
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of office experience.
Able to interact effectively and professionally with clients and staff.
Possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Possess effective written and verbal communication skills.
Personal computer knowledge and ability to perform data entry and word processing.
Demonstrated ability in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Able and willing to learn new computer programs and other tasks.
Be able to self-manage, problem solve and multi-task
Be willing to learn about client care issues and care giving skills.
Be professional in appearance, phone and office demeanor.
Strong organizational skills and be detail oriented.
Able to handle confidential and non-routine information.
Able to explain policies and procedures when necessary.
Valid Arizona Drivers License with auto insurance listing employee as a driver
Obtain CPR/First Aide Certification within 1 month of hire
Pass Motor Vehicle Record Check, Criminal Background Check (national, state and county), Drug and Alcohol Test, Negative Tuberculosis test, Reference checks, and be re-hirable from current/past employers, and others as deemed important by management.
With greater than 1 year of experience in a Home Care or Home Health office environment and/or possess Caregiver Certification/CNA/HHA
