Duties: The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and developing sales of online products and services within their designated territory and performing the following duties: • Meet and exceed sales quotas - achieve maximum sales in category, territory or account list by obtaining new accounts while keeping existing accounts well serviced • Make cold calls • Prepare written presentations/proposals that include rate quotes • Maintain customer profiles/notes in company CRM system • Handle and resolve problems/complaints in a timely manner • Keep customers abreast of current markets conditions, upcoming events and competition

Experience Required: Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 2 years related experience of proven sales success in advertising or business-to-business sales, and with print and online sales to multiple categories. • A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and clean driving record are required for local travel to clients. • Knowledge of Contact Management systems; Internet software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software. • Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and color vision. Preferred Skills: • In-depth knowledge of internet marketing and social media • Ability to work effectively in dynamic, rapidly changing, team-based, high-energy Hunter Mentality environment • Ability to multi-task • Driven people person • Strong creative talent and problem-solving skills • Proven reliability to manage time, expenses and work independently • Excellent oral and written communications skills • Ability and willingness to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, attend after-hours networking/industry events and be based in our office located in Downtown Tucson.
