Job Description

The Digital Platform Specialist plans and manages from concept through execution all marketing related digital platforms for Hexagon Mining. All efforts must be aimed at reaching and converting the ideal buyer. The goal of this position is to establish and maintain a digital platform for demand generation for Hexagon Mining that successfully contributes to company revenue while ensuring existing customers remain engaged and active.
Responsibilities

  • Planning
  • Development of global digital platform strategy and plan
  • Optimize and explore available digital channels to gain exposure for Hexagon Mining
  • Database maintenance and acquisition for new and potential customers
  • Establish standard reporting metrics
  • Establish budget for ongoing digital investments
  • Execution
    • Primary Digital Platform lead for company website and marketing automation tool
    • Provide thought leadership and support for SFDC, SharePoint and Community site implementations
    • In partnership with corporate ‘Core’ and the Director of Marketing and the Campaign
    • Specialist establish an end-to-end digital platform leveraging hexagonmining.com + SFDC + Pardot to support demand generation
    • Translate A/B/Multivariate (MvT) testing results into platform enhancements
    • Enhance platform to deliver against evolving content (including user-generated) needs, support local search and digital listings’ management (DLM) needs, support internal stakeholder campaign efforts, and improve analytics and reporting capabilities
    • Track roadmap delivery and execution and collaborate with digital partners (Core) to ensure optimal synchronicity of Hexagonmining.com and its partner APIs across all customer acquisition channels e.g. search engine marketing (SEM), social channels, directories, and any paid media efforts
    • Help define product initiatives for new features and optimizations of existing ones, and incorporate them into platform roadmaps
    • Monitor trends and stay up-to-date on best practices
    • Support the ongoing development & maintenance of hexagonmining.com
    • Development and maintenance strategies (page/ section updates)
      • Language variants
      • Blogging Platform
      • Digital customer experience strategy
      • Core updates/digital takeovers/etc.
    • Assisting in SharePoint UI/UX Design
    • Lead on design and execution of Customer Experience Center
    • Track customer actions across multiple digital platforms and provide recommendations to optimize lead flow
