About

Our mission at the Waters Center is to empower individuals to use systems thinking in their work and life.  We do that by helping people create positive change and improve performance through systems thinking. Why systems thinking?  Because lasting, impactful change occurs when we understand a system fully--what's happening, what's working, what isn't--and when we have the tools to change the systems to produce desired results.

We are known for making our capacity building accessible, impactful, and relevant to day-to-day decision making, problem solving and communication. Our clients and partners include  Fortune 100 companies, universities, NGOs, government agencies, non-profits and school districts.  With over three decades of experience, the Waters Center has helped people around the globe approach leading, learning, and teaching with confidence through the Habits, tools and strategies of systems thinking.
