Join us for an exclusive tour of the Western Army National Guard Aviation Training Site on April 24th from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The Western Army National Guard Aviation Training Site has generously invited MAC members to visit their facility and gain insight into their important mission. The WAATS serves as a critical training ground for Army National Guard aviators, providing them with the necessary skills and expertise to excel in their roles. The site offers specialized training in various aspects of aviation, including flight operations, maintenance, and safety protocols. This tour offers a unique opportunity for the MAC to show support for another valuable installation within our metro area. Registration Required by COB April 15 to gain access onto the installation.

  1. Take I-10 and exit at Exit 232.

  2. At the Y intersection, turn left.

  3. Continue on the road until you reach the security gate.

  4. At the traffic circle, take the second right towards the main WAATS building (L4500).

  5. Please park in the designated yellow parking areas.

  6. Gather in the lobby of L4500 (follow the orange arrow for direction).
