We provide technical assistance and education to second-stage businesses poised for growth.  Our small business grant is $15,000 to 10 qualified business owners to join one of our Mastermind Groups.  We will focus on developing a detailed growth strategic plan (Growth Formula) and growth budget for resource allocation while identifying leadership skills necessary to support the growth.  This program begins in September and ends in May. It is a 9-month program with monthly group meetings of 3 hours each month and 1-1 individual support between each meeting.  Qualifications: 3-7 years in business, poised for growth, and $100,000 in revenue.
