Care Access is a global research organization and clinical trial site network that brings research directly to communities, often using mobile, decentralized, or community-based, non-traditional sites (like retail locations) to increase diversity in clinical trials. Founded in 2015, we collaborate with sponsors to manage trials, providing free health screenings and, in some cases, participant stipends. 

Key Aspects of Care Access:

•    Community-Based Research: Instead of requiring patients to visit a major hospital, Care Access sets up research operations in local neighborhoods and partners with organizations to make participation more convenient.

•    Decentralized Trials & Mobile Units: We utilize a network of over 150 mobile health clinics and specialized clinical staff to bring trials directly to, or near, participants.

•    Free Health Screenings (Future of Medicine Program): We provide free, high-quality, clinical health screenings—including blood tests for heart and kidney health—to help people learn about their health and potentially identify, and join, relevant clinical trials.

•    Scope: We operate in over 200 locations across 19 countries.

•    Focus Areas: Our trials cover various therapeutic areas, with a strong focus on increasing participation among diverse populations, often in partnership with local community organizations.
