Established in 1992, Hollingsworth Kelly Law Firm is a recognized personal injury law firm representing clients in serious and catastrophic injury, medical malpractice and wrongful death litigation.

The firm is headed by Louis Hollingsworth, a native Tucsonan and former prosecutor. Louis is Certified by the State Bar of Arizona in Injury and Wrongful Death Litigation,  is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell, and is recognized as a Best Lawyer.

David D. Buechel joined Hollingsworth Kelly after working as a judicial law clerk at the Arizona Court of Appeals, Division Two, for more than nine years. David is a graduate of the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law, magna cum laude.

The Hon. John F. Kelly, Ret., has been of counsel since retiring from the Pima County Superior Court bench after 22 years.
