Cradle to Career was founded on a simple idea: We can improve educational outcomes for every child, in every school, when we learn and make change together. Dr. Melissa Hernandez will share what the collaborative is doing and how you can participate. Persevere is an organization serving hundreds of justice-involved and at-risk individuals in community and correctional settings in more than 5 states.
