We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Daycare Teacher to provide essential support to the children in our daycare.

Position Details:

Monday–Friday 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM (shifts are scheduled between these times, must have availability for the full day)

-Must be able to drive a bus (valid driver’s license required and be 21 years old to drive the bus).

-Responsible for safely transporting children to and from school and on field trips

-At least 6 months of experience with children in a licensed daycare setting

-Knowledge of early childhood education and childhood development

-First aid certification/CPR

-Ability to manage classroom activities and behavior effectively

-Must have valid fingerprint clearance

-Strong communication skills and patience when working with children

Responsibilities Include:

-Supervising and engaging school-age children

-Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities

-Safely transporting children for school pick-up/drop-off and field trips

-Maintaining a safe, positive, and structured environment

Job Essentials:

-Ability to perform First Aid and CPR (with training)

-Ability to detect dangerous situations for children in groups.

-Ability to immediately run and retrieve a child who runs out of a door.

-Ability to lift 40 pounds.

-Ability to make quick, sound decisions concerning a child’s safety.

-Ability to stay awake and alert for the duration of a workday.

-Ability to drive a vehicle (if required by the job you are applying for) safely and effectively without impairment.

-Ability to provide an environment that is physically, mentally, and emotionally safe and stable for the children in our care.

· Pay: Our pay rates are competitive with the industry, and there are opportunities for bonuses and pay increases throughout the year. The pay rate depends on each applicant's experience, formal education, and other factors. (Child Care needs, full or part-time, shift availability, etc.) We also offer paid holiday and accrued Paid Time Off.
