This two-year initiative, catering to manager and director-level high-potential leaders, is set to commence in the summer of 2024, with the first cohort currently forming.

The Vistage Emerging Leader Program is designed for ambitious leaders who are dedicated to enhancing their career trajectory and leadership skills. Participants will engage in bi-monthly full-day sessions, featuring comprehensive training by subject matter experts and hands-on workshops focusing on the practical application of leadership skills. Sessions will take place at the state-of-the-art 3-Pillars Center for Leadership and Innovation, strategically located in Central Tucson.
