With over 30 years of experience leading agencies and programs in the governmental and nonprofit sectors, Burbank brings extensive expertise in coaching, board development, strategic planning, capacity building, and organizational change. As a Licensed Master Social Worker and Certified Executive Coach with a master’s degree from the University of Chicago, Burbank specializes in helping individuals, teams, and organizations thrive by assessing needs, developing solutions, and implementing long-term strategies for success.
